This document defines the general terms under which Hainanet provides consulting, sourcing, production coordination, supplier communication, quality control, logistics support and related services.
1. General provisions
By contacting Hainanet, submitting a request, confirming a project scope or paying for services, the client accepts the terms of this public offer unless a separate written agreement is signed.
2. Services
Hainanet may provide supplier search, production coordination, supplier communication, preparation of specifications, visual materials, logistics support, risk analysis and other related services.
3. Scope and result
The exact scope, deadlines, deliverables and cost of services are agreed individually by email, messenger or invoice. Hainanet provides organizational, analytical and coordination services and does not guarantee the commercial success of the client’s product.
4. Payment
Payment terms, currency and deadlines are specified in the invoice or written confirmation. Services may begin after full or partial prepayment, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, product requirements, technical specifications, legal documents and timely feedback necessary for the project.
6. Limitation of liability
Hainanet is not responsible for delays, defects, customs issues, regulatory restrictions, force majeure events or third-party actions unless caused directly by Hainanet’s proven fault.
7. Confidentiality
The parties agree to treat commercial, technical and project-related information as confidential unless such information is publicly available or disclosure is required by law.
